(1) Owner and operator of this website

The owner and operator of this website is Sunny Island Investments Pte. Ltd., a company duly registered in the Republic of Singapore under the company registration number 201904998N, having its’ company registered address at 102 Bukit Batok West Avenue 6, Unit Number 02-80, Singapore 650102, Republic of Singapore. The company Managing Director is Ms. Thara Lina Brandeis.

(2) Legal place of settlement

Since Sunny Island Investments Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, the location of all legal settlements shall be under the laws of Singapore and in the Republic of Singapore. However, any dispute shall be tried to be solved via arbitration before going to court. In case any party feels he/she/it has any issue with Sunny Island Investments Pte. Ltd., they shall first inform Sunny Island Investments Pte. Ltd. of the issue and try to settle the case amicably.

(3) Inter-company terms

Sunny Island Investments Pte. Ltd. only sells goods and services based on the inter-company terms (incoterms) of ‘ex works’ (EXW), as defined in the 2020 incoterms, with place of Singapore (for intellectual property), or with place of manufacturing of our suppliers (for drop-ship business). Thus, the Buyer takes over the risk from Singapore (for intellectual property) or from the place of manufacturing (for drop-ship sales). The buyer has to fully pay for all costs of transport, insurance, taxes, duties, value added tax, goods and service tax, and any other costs to bring the goods from the supplier to the buyer, and has to make all relevant arrangements with the respective logistics service providers, customs department, tax department, insurance agencies, etc. More information on the incoterms 2020 can be found on this Wikipedia page.
